The TVI2323A-6 is an embedded core module in the MTK IoT OSM series, designed for intelligent terminals and IoT devices. Powered by an ARM Cortex-A53 quad-core processor up to 2.0GHz with IMG GE8300 GPU, it supports 1–4GB DDR3 memory and 8–32GB eMMC storage. The module offers Android 10 support, multi-mode connectivity including LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and interfaces such as USB OTG, SIM, TF card, audio, and MIPI CSI for cameras. Its compact design enables flexible integration in commercial, industrial, and vehicle applications.
